Project scope: Dekalb Women's Specialists is the name of the practice that Dr. Scott is the head. He approached CRL in June 07 about building out his office condominium in Lithonia. CRL was able to coordinate with the shell owner and builder, the architectural firm and the Scott's themselves to arrive at the beautiful suite they now own. Many changes were deleted and later new items were added. The time line had to be adjusted to accommodate some selections; however, the impacts were minimal by good communication. The project scope included:
Several OB/GYN exam rooms
A well appointed waiting area
Upgraded wood flooring
A large multi faceted nurse's station
The project was one of the first in the building to gain a certificate of occupancy. It has been well received and Dr. Scott has also called upon CRL for further upgrades.
