Project Scope:     MTJ Food Concepts, Inc dba Carvel #3218 contracted CRL based on our reputation as a general contractor with Focus Brand Group. This was a basic vanilla shell 1200 square foot build out to owner and architect specifications. The project went extremely smooth on the construction end of things. CRL was also able to help the owner sort out the franchise equipment deliveries which was a major loose end that they were not expecting. All in all, this was the best restaurant project CRL has had. Cooperation of the construction team (contractor, owner, and architect) worked perfectly on this one.
