 Project Scope:    This project was second generation and an unoccupied construction of a large dermatology and medical spa. CRL worked closely with the many design entities to ensure a successful completion in a timely manner. Many unique design aspects including water falls, specialty lighting and floor material usage had to be coordinated through an array of different subcontractors. Aspects to the med spa included unusual requirements for steam generators in the steam rooms, pedicure stations and heating and cooling aspects for laser hair removal. The retail aspects of the dermatology required an extra degree of care in the finished look. On going design changes gave CRL flexibility and was demonstrated by handling over the job on time.
