Project scope:     Screening Mammography is a large Gwinnett Hospital provider in Duluth and it was an esteemed project for CRL. This was a project that had extremely high profile as the funding was all community donated. At the Grand Opening there was a dedication and thanks to CRL for staying on budget and on time. The scope of work included the following: full mammograph imaging center and bone density lab. Well appointed dressing rooms and specialized treatment rooms. The construction consisted of a complete rip out and reconstruct in a eight week time line. The project required full-time supervisor and project management. Weekly meetings with the Practice Director and Managing Partner of the practice helped keep coordination running smoothly. Virtually every area required different finishes including solid surfaces, varied wall coverings and every type of flooring. This project was logistically challenging and the time line was essential to being maintained. Additional change orders were processed and implemented rapidly into the time line. All of the above allowed CRL to deliver the project as expected; on time and on budget. Knowing that CRL helped with such a worthy project is very rewarding. CRL was recognized in the Atlanta Hospital News for there part in this addition to the fight against Breast Cancer.
