Project Scope:     This project was second generation and an unoccupied construction of a large pediatrics facility. The tenant is a multifunction provider with an abnormal amount of finish selections. Scope of work included: triage, custom exam rooms and full lab facilities. Full-time supervision was required to maintain the tight schedule and the 15 change orders accumulated by the completion. CRL was able to accommodate many requests for design challenges such as specialty signs, intricate dimensional wall coverings and borders as well as detailed casework. This was a smooth project from start to finish and the tenant is now an outspoken advocate for CRL Contracting, Inc.

CRL has since built an equally outstanding project in Dacula for this practice (December 2008). CRL is honored for the opportunity to be able to work with them on multiple occasions.
